St. Louis County & Yellow Cab History

St. Louis County & Yellow Cab was founded in 1935 and has been family-owned ever since. Currently in the 3^rd generation, sisters, Kim Dolniak and Debbie Rudawsky, own the company and operate it in conjunction with BEST Transportation (est. 2002). St. Louis County & Yellow Cab is a certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and takes its commitment to the St. Louis area very seriously.

In actuality, we are more than a taxi company. We are a network of over 200 small businesses. Each of our taxi drivers proudly operates their own cab independently. By providing on-site vehicle maintenance, bodywork, detailing facilities, and a coffee lounge, we provide our drivers with every tool they need to serve their passengers and have a successful driving career.
